Shipping Policy.

We ship within the United States only

Mobile Solar Consulting ships to addresses in the 50 US states, the District of Columbia, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We do not ship internationally, and we cannot accept orders with an international delivery address. Orders entered with a non-US state or a non-US postal code will be declined at checkout.

If you are outside the US

You are welcome to order through a mail forwarding service such as Shipito.com. Contact them to set up a US-based forwarding address, then enter that address at checkout. Once your order is delivered to your forwarding address, it is out of our hands — the forwarder is responsible for customs paperwork, duties, onward carriage and any loss or damage after delivery.

Please note that some of the products we sell — lithium batteries in particular — are restricted or prohibited for international air and ocean transport. Confirm with your forwarder before ordering.

Rates and free shipping

Live rates are quoted at checkout from our warehouse in Stuart, Florida, based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We ship via USPS and UPS.

On orders of $100 or more, the least expensive shipping service is free. Other ground and Priority services are either free or discounted to the difference in price above that cheapest option. Express and overnight services remain available at their normal rate.

Optional shipping insurance is offered at checkout for 1% of your order subtotal. Coverage is capped at $5,000 per shipment regardless of order value — on an order worth more than that, the excess is not covered. Without insurance, we are limited to the carrier's standard liability.

Freight and oversized items

Freight shipments are not quoted online. If your order includes pallet-sized or oversized items, contact us at team@mobilesolarconsulting.com and we will quote it manually.

Handling time

Unless otherwise stated, most orders ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays, so an order placed Friday afternoon normally goes out Monday.

Special order and drop-ship items are ordered from the manufacturer once your order is placed and may ship separately and on a longer lead time; we will let you know if that applies to your order. Custom-built items such as pre-wired kits are quoted with their own build time.

Overnight and next-day shipping

For Overnight or Next-Day shipping options, please call us at (561) 320-2842 to confirm that we can expedite the order in time. Weekends and holiday exclusions still apply.

Local pickup

Pickup is available at no charge from 7870 SW Jack James Dr., Stuart, FL 34997. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address before submitting. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost, or refund the order less shipping and any applicable restocking fee.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible damage or a missing package to team@mobilesolarconsulting.com within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Shipping charges are not refundable. See our Return Policy for how to return an item and which items are excluded.
