Follow instructions below for any returns:

Return unused products within 90 days in its original packaging in resell-able condition to 7870 SW Jack James Dr. Stuart, FL 34997 for a refund. Please include a note with your full name for refund. For used or cosmetically damaged products please inquire team@mobilesolarconsulting.com.

Any items over 20lbs will have a 6% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

We do not accept returns of batteries, solar panels over 250W, cut wire, custom ordered items (anything marked as "special order" or not listed for sale on our website and paid via manual invoice) or custom made items (including pre-wired kits).
