Victron Energy Orion Non Isolated DC-DC Converter converts voltage from DC 24-Volt (18-Volt – 35-Volt) to DC 12-Volt (10-Volt – 15-Volt) with a 70 amp output and 92% high conversion efficiency

• Non-Isolated Step-Down (Buck) Converter: A step-down circuit is used to generate a lower voltage than the input, also called a buck, so the polarities are the same as in the input

• The remote on-off connector eliminates the need for a high current switch in the input wiring, and can be operated with a low power switch or by the engine run/stop switch

• All models with adjustable output can also be used as a battery charger, for example to charge a 12 Volt starter or accessory battery in an otherwise 24V system.

• All models with adjustable output can be paralleled to increase output current; up to five units can be connected in parallel.

• Note, this model includes nuts in place of binding posts. Nuts are often more secure and less likely to vibrate loose over time.
